On the ground floor, there’s a living room, a dining room with an arched stone ceiling, and a fully equipped kitchen with an old fireplace, as well as two twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms (two doubles and one single) and two bathrooms, along with a terrace that overlooks the beautiful garden and pool area.
Outside, an inviting path leads to the spacious pool area, which is equipped conveniently with sunbeds, shaded seating, and a table tennis table. For those who would like to enjoy al fresco dining under the Mallorcan sun, Villa Can Murti's outdoor dining options are ideal, including a covered porch with a barbecue, sink, and dining table, plus a separate barbeque area near the pool with two toilets.

THE REGION
Manacor is the second largest town in Mallorca, after the capital of Palma. The town's reputation as Mallorca's home of industry has left Manacor with a very distinctive feel. The largely residential town is situated on the North Eastern tip of the island, with many of the nearby coastal resorts and attractions falling within its municipality.
For those looking to get to know Mallorca through its nature, Manacor is home to the only 'Via Verde' in the Balearics. The 29 km eco-path begins in Manacor and offers to change scenery along the way.
Manacor is a very important city for tennis sport on the island. Rafa Nadal was born in Manacor and is now building 'The Rafael Nadal International Tennis Centre' to attract talented youngsters from all over the world.
