Villa Milamar is great for families with children, with 325 square meters of living space, this modern and spacious villa is equipped with an array of useful facilities to give guests ultimate peace of mind and comfort during their stay.

There are four bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The master bedroom is especially nice with its own terrace and sea views, perfect for parents who want some quiet time. Two bedrooms, one with twin beds, share a bathroom upstairs, and there's another bedroom with its own bathroom downstairs for added privacy. There is also a cot available for the littlest of guests (see Ts&Cs).

Outside, kids will love the garden and the 7.5m x 5m swimming pool, great for playing and relaxing in the sun. The villa is close to Palma, so it's easy to explore the city's attractions and restaurants. Plus, there's a golf course nearby and a small beach just a short walk away, making it the perfect setup for a memorable family vacation in Mallorca.

Security deposit €600 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
