Can Tereu is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom low-key and private villa set in the scenic outskirts of the old town of Pollença in the North East of Mallorca.

As soon as you walk through the wooden doorway of this relaxed villa, you’ll be surrounded by authentic Mediterranean charm. Those looking for privacy and tranquillity can look no further as the house is surrounded by a luscious green landscape, where it will feel as if you have the countryside to yourselves.

Inside, the living area comfortably seats six people, whilst the kitchen has everything you need to prepare fresh, local produce, including a ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer.

A door from the kitchen leads to a covered dining terrace overlooking the pool area. Walking through the house from the kitchen, you'll find a cozy living area with a sofa bed, TV, DVD player, and a wood-burning fire for chilly nights.

Downstairs, there's a double bedroom with terracotta tiled floors and wood-beamed ceilings. Enjoy your morning coffee in bed with natural sunlight streaming in. A modern bathroom with a shower and sink is also on this floor, providing all necessary comforts.

Outside, there's an outdoor seating area by the front door where guests can relax with a glass of wine. Just around the corner is the private outdoor pool, nestled among greenery, perfect for soaking up the Spanish sun. An outdoor barbecue completes the space, ideal for cooking and dining under the warm Spanish sky.

Can Tereu is located near Pollença, a quaint town in Northeast Mallorca, and just a short drive from Port d'Alcudia.

Pollença is an old town with a rich history evident in its narrow streets, landmarks such as the 'Pont Romà' bridge, dating back to Roman times, and the Santuari de la Mare church, all great starting points to learn about the town's history, tracing back to the Knights Templar era. On Sundays, the town square comes alive with market stalls and locals enjoying coffee after church.

Other historic sites include a former Jesuit convent, now the town hall, and the Calvari church. If you're feeling active, you can climb the 365 steps to see the amazing panoramic views of the town and Bay of Pollença.

Nearby is Port de Pollença, boasting a beautiful beach with golden sand, sun loungers, and parasols. The Pine Walk, along the coast, also offers scenic views and access to sandy coves and beaches.

THE REGION

Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.

Can Tereu is a one-bedroom villa with a cosy double bed, a convenient sofa bed suitable for one child up to the age of 12, and a complimentary cot - perfect for couples or small families with a single child.

Pollença has several kid-friendly beaches, including Port de Pollença Beach with its soft sand and amenities. Formentor, Cala Sant Vicenç, and Cala Boquer offer clear blue waters perfect for a family day out. Glass bottom boat tours are a fun way to explore, some even offer snorkeling, fishing, and lunch.

The natural coastline and surroundings of Pollença are great for biking, a favorite activity for kids. There are also plenty of active leisure options like kayaking, coasteering, hiking, and boat trips.

For an unforgettable sunrise experience, take a boat from Port de Alcúdia, enjoy breakfast as you head north, and watch the Mallorcan skyline come to life. Keep an eye out for dolphins in the changing ocean colors.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €200 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.
Arrival time 2 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Not available at this property.

    We spent 9 days in this lovely little finca and we didn't miss anything. We enjoyed the peace and the beautiful nature around us very much! Unfortunately it was too cold, otherwise we would have liked to use the pool more often ) we will gladly come back!
