In this fine living area, dispersed across two floors, both of which enjoy views across the garden, the traditional Mallorcan style is expertly created. The huge kitchen extends from the living area, with brilliant white cabinets and matching breakfast bar, with the same fabulous wooden beams overhead and all the mod cons and equipment you could need to whip up a Mediterranean delight or two throughout your stay!
Each of the three double bedrooms is on this floor also, all complete with an ensuite and both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and all displaying the same tasteful style as the vibrant living area. Ivory and wood, built-in wardrobes and unique bed frames are just a few of the beautiful touches that set this property apart. The bathrooms are all incredibly modern and fresh, with traditional Mallorcan décor.
And finally, the jewel in the crown of this magnificent property: the garden. Complete with orange-, lemon-, grapefruit-, almond- and fig-trees, the land expands to the horizon, offering a vast area of space in which to explore, sunbathe and unwind.
Indeed, you are truly spoilt for choice – from the stunning sun terrace on which to sit back and soak up the sun, to a range of covered terraces, complete with kitchenette including a wood oven, barbeque, dining table and ceiling fans, to which you can retire to escape the midday heat and enjoy an al fresco lunch, both enjoying a view overlooking the pool and lawn! The pool itself is ideally placed to savour the sun all day long, and you’re likely to need a dip to cool off after breaking a sweat on the table tennis or the exercise bike, also available on the terrace.
And all of this luxury is situated just a few kilometres from the beauty of both Pollensa and Port de Pollensa, so if ever you decide to explore, you’re perfectly located for an adventure into the heart of Spanish tradition and local culture!
What you should know…
- While the remote location is ideal for the accompanying peace and tranquillity, it does make car access necessary to truly make the most of your stay on the varied and beautiful island of Mallorca!
- Don’t forget the sacred Spanish siesta – be sure to plan around it and don’t get caught out!
- In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August

About the surrounding area of Casa LilaPollensa is the picture perfect district of Mallorca, regarded as the cultural centre of the north of the island! When people picture Mallorca, they might not know it, but often what they’re picturing is Pollensa. Endless sandy beaches and roads lined with palm-trees set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. The diverse landscape, from fertile valleys to steep mountains and gently undulating hills and of course the beaches which seem to stretch endlessly to the horizon, is just one of the reasons that so many great artists have chosen to call this island home throughout the last century.
Less than 2km away, the town of Pollensa itself will certainly provide your fill of authentic Spanish culture – 17th and 18th century houses, cobbled, winding streets and traditional markets every Sunday! Cafés, bars and restaurants are scattered in amongst traditional shops and large sections of the town are pedestrianised.
Top tip: the viewpoint from the Calvario is an absolute must, if you can manage the climb!

THE REGION
Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Here we provide all the information you want to know to make the most of this relaxed yet culturally satisfying inland town.
