Casa Metge Vidal is a charming and spacious townhouse in the heart of Pollensa’s old town, just a short walk from the town center and all its amenities.
This beautifully designed home blends rustic character with stylish interiors, featuring traditional elements such as wooden beams, arched doorways, exposed stone walls, and terracotta floors. Spanning three floors, the house offers generous living spaces, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout.
The ground floor is perfect for entertaining and family gatherings, with a large dining area, an open fireplace, a comfortable living space, and a well-equipped kitchen. There are also plenty of cosy spots to sit and relax.
The first and second floors house seven bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning for added comfort. The second floor also provides access to a stunning rooftop terrace, an ideal suntrap with picturesque views over Pollensa’s rooftops and the historic Pollensa Bullring. About the surrounding area of Casa Metge VidalCasa Metge Vidal is just a short walk from the center of Pollensa, a town known for its rich history and lively atmosphere.
One of the area’s most famous landmarks is Puig de Maria, located just over five minutes from the villa. At the top of this 330-meter hill sits a 14th-century monastery, originally built as a shrine to the Virgin Mary. Redesigned in the 18th century with Gothic and Baroque influences, it offers a rewarding 30-minute hike with spectacular panoramic views.
For a taste of local culture, visit the Pollensa Market, just minutes from the villa. With over 300 stalls, it’s the perfect place to browse handmade jewellery, bags, and souvenirs. Fresh local produce is also available, ideal for preparing meals back at the villa. The market runs every Sunday from 8 am to 1:30 pm (times may vary).
If you're interested in history, the Alzinaret Caves, 10 minutes away, date back to 1600 BC. Discovered in 1927, they offer a fascinating look into the region’s past.
For a beach day, Puerto Pollensa is a short drive away. Its golden sands and calm waters are ideal for swimming and water sports, with beachfront restaurants perfect for a seaside meal.

THE REGION
Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Here we provide all the information you want to know to make the most of this relaxed yet culturally satisfying inland town.

Fabulous large house
Great accommodation well located for the town center. Fabulous large house with lots of large bedrooms and entertaining space. Thanks to Gemma and the Balearic Villas team who were most helpful. Great family holiday.
Really minor point but maybe provide some Cava/Prosecco glasses as well as wine glasses.
