El Vilar, set between the town of Pollensa and the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa, offers guests a variety of amenities and facilities for a relaxing holiday. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the space to accommodate up to five guests, this villa is perfect for those travelling as a family.
Inside, the villa has a traditional and cosy atmosphere with exposed ceiling beams in the living area and tiled floors throughout, keeping guests cool even during the warmest months. The dining area features a wooden table with matching chairs, providing an ideal setting for group meals, whilst the kitchen is equipped with a breakfast table, dishwasher and microwave as well as other essential cooking appliances. El Vilar also has three bedrooms: one with a spacious double bed, one with two twin beds and a single room, providing an ideal configuration for families travelling with children.
The outdoor area features a unique circular swimming pool surrounded by exposed brick detailing, along with several inviting terraces for outdoor dining and relaxation. You'll also discover a table tennis table onsite, perfect for some daytime fun and friendly competition. Close to the pool, guests can also find a traditional covered barbecue area with table and chairs for up to four people, so guests can really make the most of the warm Mallorcan nights.

THE REGION
Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Capdepera Castle is one of the oldest buildings in Puerto Pollensa and has been standing since 1300. This monumental attraction is responsible for forming an array of communities, helping it to become an iconic piece of the region’s culture and legacy. The castle is placed at the top of a very large hill, meaning that guests can observe the undiluted beauty of the area as they travel to the peak.
