Pollensa is a deeply inspiring region that has something to offer for every type of tourist. If you're looking to discover more about the biodiversity of this area, a trip to Joan March Gardens is a real treat. This landmark was first constructed in the late 1980s as an expressive way to celebrate the life and works of the oldest son of the March family. This group of individuals is best known for spurring Pollensa into an economic boom through the use of intuitive business ventures. Guests are free to explore the grounds at their own pace, observing a selection of rare olive trees as well as slim cypress trees. In particular, these trees are very significant as they can be seen on the town's coat of arms. The Joan March Gardens are situated just under 10-minutes away from the centre of the region and are open 24 hours a day, meaning that tourists can visit them throughout their time in Pollensa.

Pollensa Market is a perfect attraction to visit if you are looking to blend in with a variety of alluring cultures and customers. This market is home to 300 stalls and presents a diverse assortment of amicable and experienced vendors. The stalls are filled with a plethora of artisan items such as bags, clothes, and jewellery. Therefore, guests are free to pick up a variety of unique souvenirs that can remind them of the fantastic time in this region. There is also a separate section dedicated entirely to the fresh produce found throughout the area, allowing guests to pick up a few ingredients to use in their own cooking back in the villa. Pollensa Market is located just a stone's throw away from the town centre and is open every Sunday from 8 am to 1:30 pm.

Puig de Maria is one of Pollensa's most significant and enticing religious landmarks and can be found just under 10-minutes away. At the very top of a looming 330-metre summit is a quaint 14th-century monastery. This monument was first constructed in 1348 and acted as a remarkable shrine to the Virgin Mary. This monastery is packed full of history, and guests can even go inside to bask in the selection of well-reserved artefacts and fixtures in more detail. Plus, many previous guests have noted that it only takes 30-minutes to climb to the top of the hill, making it a fairly accessible journey for a majority of guests.

The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Pollensa is also home to a diverse range of family-friendly attractions, helping children to expand their minds whilst on holiday. The Pollensa Museum is a very popular landmark and is considered to be one of the finest locations for European art. This institution was first built in the 16th century and was best known for holding a sublime selection of ornate Gothic altarpieces. These pieces grew in immense popularity over the years and even received praise during the 1960s at the expressive Summer Exhibition of Painting. Despite its popularity, the museum did not open its doors to the public until 1975. Nowadays, guests can immerse themselves in the works of some of the world’s greatest artists, such as Atilio Boveri. The Pollensa Museum is based just a short walk away from the town centre and is only open on weekdays between 10 am and 2 pm. The museum is also free to enter for all guests.

This region also presents a very vibrant food scene, which is ideal for older children who are potentially looking to step out of their culinary comfort zones. Q11 Restaurant focuses on the alluring notion of Seasonal Gastronomy, a concept that allows talented chefs to only use the freshest ingredients in their cooking. As a result, guests are blessed with an irresistible meal each and every time they visit. This fine dining establishment also presents a range of amazing menu options, such as indulgent tagliatelle with expertly prepared lobster, as well as a unique burger served on traditional focaccia bread. Q11 Restaurant can be found about 10-minutes away and welcomes guests every day from 12 pm to 10:30 pm.

Formentor Lighthouse is another significant landmark within Pollensa and can be found just under an hour away. This lighthouse was first built in 1863 and was originally used to guide delicate fishing boats away from the dangerous rocks that often sit at the base of the shores. To this day, the lighthouse helps to protect the fishermen that reside in this local community. This monument has also captured the hearts and minds of a series of famous writers, such as Gerardo Diego and Blas de Otero. Guests can drive toward the peak of the lighthouse and can bask in the splendid array of panoramic views as they pass through.
