Sitting at the rear view of the Puig de Maria mountain in Pollensa, this charming country house boasts a private pool, impressive rural outlook and an appealing traditional welcoming interior. The owners do everything they can to ensure that each visitor has the most enjoyable and relaxing stay possible.
With stone-clad, in typical Mallorcan style, the pretty façade conceals comfortable and very well-appointed accommodation while the expansive views can be enjoyed from the garden terraces and pool area. Well-attended hedging surrounds the private swimming pool, which enjoys an appealing sunny position just a few steps from the covered terrace.
Décor and furnishings throughout the interiors are agreeable bright, light wood and simple, and uncluttered style immediately makes the guests feel welcome and at ease. In this picturesque spot, you are surrounded by nature at its best offering a perfect location for bird watching, artists, walkers and cyclists, in fact, anyone that enjoys the countryside will find this perfect position.
Finca Malagraba is all on the ground level, you’ll find everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. A cosy lounge with comfortable sofas, wood burner, TV and internet, dining table perfect for inside dining and a fully equipped American style kitchen with another family size table and chairs.
With dual access off the living room and kitchen, outdoor living is only enhanced by a covered dining terrace and indoor barbeque adjacent which adjoins the terrace through large folding doors—consisting of 4-bedrooms, 2 x double both with ensuite showers and 2 x twin bedrooms that share a communal family bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have fitted wardrobes.
Externally a shady terrace leads to the private swimming pool, with Roman steps, and sun loungers. The extensive grounds around the house are a fascinating natural landscape of lawn, hibiscus, carob trees and typical Mediterranean bushes.
While the terrace itself provides a perfect spot in which parents can relax while keeping an eye on younger members of the group with the pool just steps away. A ping pong table is an extra plus which will ensure hours of fun for all the family.

Location
About the surrounding area of Finca MalagrabaPollensa - just 2.6 km away – Finca Malagraba is located close to the town of Pollensa, the eastern end of the Serra de Tramuntana. Pollensa is an enchanting Mallorcan town packed with ancient blonde stone architecture, Pollenca doesn’t feel like many of the other towns which have surrendered to tourism.
Although tourists have long been attracted here, Pollensa has learned to accept and adapt to tourism without losing its soul. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning.
Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but be warned that to get to the top, you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it, and the views definitely do not disappoint from the top.
Puerto Pollensa just 8.2 km away, offers wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, make Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many. With hotels on the seafront that still retain an old-fashioned air, having been built long before the concrete boom of the 1960s developments.
Today the town attracts mainly British and Madrileño families looking for something more than the hustle and bustle of the south coast resorts. With wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, makes Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many.
Cala Sant Vincente just 8.5 km away is a small resort town in north-eastern Majorca, Spain. It consists of three small beaches, plus a few bars and restaurants catering to tourists. Located at one end of the town is the hypogeum of Cala Sant Vicenç, perhaps the most spectacular hypogeum on Mallorca.

THE REGION
Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Here we provide all the information you want to know to make the most of this relaxed yet culturally satisfying inland town.

Best Suited For: All AgesFinca Malagraba is a welcoming family retreat, and it has plenty of indoor and outdoor space ready for any kids to enjoy. The garden is spacious with lawn. Kids can run around and enjoy games and picnics in this space, as well as making the most of the sun.
Additionally, there is a private swimming pool with a very shallow end that is the perfect addition to this villa. If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of satellite TV and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the kids some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days.
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Mallorca’s finest beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church.
Wander the streets that lead to the famous church and discover traditional outlets selling a range of local food and arts. With a very popular Sunday morning market, definitely worth a visit, you will find all the local produce on sale. Puerto Pollença has some beautiful beaches, and at some of them, you’ll find water sports available. This family-friendly and laid-back location in Mallorca has some lovely restaurants and activities ready for the family to experience and enjoy.
The warm summer evenings are ideal for taking strolls along the pedestrianised promenades along the front, which lead towards the famous Pine Walk 1.9km. With the use of public transport, you’ll be able to explore the nearby locations and find even more for the whole family to experience.
Alcudia Waterpark - Located in a prime area in Port de Alcudia and just a few meters away from the town centre. Covering an area of close to 40.000 square metres, there is a wide variety of water rides and attractions that will delight both young and old alike!
Cala Sant Vincente - Scuba diving and snorkelling in the area of Cala Sant Vicenc is hugely popular, and there are excursions here most days during the peak season. These beaches can get very crowded in the peak months so for small children we would recommend visiting them during the quieter months.

Great palce!
Great place with great pool surrounded by mountains, cows and olive groves. Due to the short distance to Pollenca, you have good shopping and a nice selection of restaurants. We (2 families with small children) felt very comfortable.

We had a great week at the villa for 8th. The house is absolutely premium, the location beautiful and the check-in and communication were hassle-free. Absolutely recommended!

All in all a great stay, at a lovely location.
The villa is lovely and well situated. Whilst there aren't any amenities which are walkable from the villa you are only 15minutes drive away from lovely beaches, shops and towns- Alcudia, Pollenca. The outdoor space is as depicted on the pictures with a relatively small area around the pool but this is good for visibility with very young children, ours are slightly older and would have benefitted from having a little more space to roam so think about that when making a booking with kids.
The local host was great. They provided clear instructions and responded in good time. We got lost when I input the coordinates to the villa so use the pin on the google maps they send instead and you'll be fine. All in all a great stay, at a lovely location. -
This villa is super spacious
This villa is super spacious and has everything you need for a great holiday. We loved the location - peaceful and private and yet just a short drive to the local towns and their amenities. The pool is fabulous.

Beautiful house in a quiet, secluded location. All attractions of the north are quickly and easily accessible. Just a quarter of an hour from the airport.

Had a lovely stay, the villa is located in a very peaceful and picturesque spot but not far from local towns and things to do. The villa is very spacious and well equipped also. A car is definitely required for your stay but this is clearly stated by the host.

The finca was really great. Large living room, large kitchen and a beautiful outdoor area with large pool. There is everything you need. The check-in and previous communication went great.
