Dating back over 300 years, this traditional Mallorcan farmhouse has undergone a recent refurbishment, seamlessly blending its historic charm with modern comforts. As you approach, the villa is set against the stunning backdrop of the UNESCO Tramuntana mountain range, offering breathtaking views of Mallorca's pristine countryside.
Step inside the main farmhouse, where traditional wood beams, wooden shutters, and antique Spanish furniture create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living areas feature white-painted walls adorned with colourful art, and terracotta-tiled floors which add to the rustic charm. The property now boasts reversible air conditioning in all bedrooms, the kitchen, cinema room, and the guest house casita, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.
The spacious eat-in kitchen, fully equipped for all your dining needs, boasts delightful features and lighting, creating a lovely ambience. Indoor dining is available for 10 guests, and the living spaces include a cinema room with a projector screen and portable SONOS for entertainment.
Finca Mensit accommodates up to 12 people, with six bedrooms (2 doubles and 4 twins) and six bathrooms, including 3 ensuite. In addition, the main house offers a mix of showers and baths with shower attachments for your convenience. Another convenient feature is that one of the twin bedrooms can be converted into a king upon request, while an extra bed is available in the children's twin bedroom if needed.
For additional privacy, the property includes a charming independent guest house, accommodating 2 people in style - a wonderful addition for larger groups, or for families travelling with parents/grandparents, or perhaps older teens. Complete with a double bed, bathroom, and kitchen, this space allows you to unwind and savour the breathtaking views, especially during the cooler months with the wood-burning stove and additional heating.
Stepping outside, the villa's exterior is equally impressive. Established gardens with mature trees and vibrant bougainvillaea surround the stone terraces, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and Instagram-worthy photos. The Villa and surroundings were absolutely stunning and peaceful. we ha da lovely stay and will most likely go back again soon. Please be aware that there is no phone Signal at the house however the WiFi works perfectly. Thank you for a great time
