Villa Aromo is a wonderful four-bedroom villa perfect for a family or group of friends. It is situated within its terraced gardens, between the charming old town of Pollensa and the popular tourist resort of Puerto Pollensa. The location offers the best of both worlds, peace and tranquillity against a backdrop of the dramatic Tramuntana Mountains together with close proximity to the beautiful honey-stoned Pollensa Old Town and the stunning silver sanded beaches and entertainment of Puerto Pollensa.

Villa Aromo is a delight, a lovely blend of modern comforts together with traditional, atmospheric Mallorcan charms. Such a warm ambience is created by the beamed and arched ceilings, the charming bathroom arrangements and fabulous windows. The villa has benefitted from recent renovations making it a smart and comfortable holiday home.

The villa is built over two floors. The charming lounge boasts some fixed seating as well as a sofa and flat-screen television. The kitchen is separate and offers a breakfast table in addition to the formal dining area. Two of the bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. They are warm and inviting, one a double with ensuite bathroom and the other a twin. There is a separate bathroom for the twin bedroom. An additional toilet on the ground floor can be accessed from outside.

A lovely curved staircase reaches the remaining double and twin bedrooms. Again the double bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom. Each of the bedrooms is spacious with unique, charming features and plenty of built-in cupboard space. All bedrooms offer air conditioning.

The external areas are mainly paved or cobbled and include covered alfresco dining together with a built-in barbecue close to the swimming pool, a barbecue house at the rear providing a perfect spot for hot summer evenings and the fabulous 9.5m x 5.30m pool. There are plenty of sun loungers surrounding the pool. Villa Aroma provides comfort and privacy with delightful views of the mountains behind Pollensa.

The bustling, popular Sunday market boasts delicious food stands as well as souvenirs and leather goods. The 365 Calvari Steps lead from the Placa Major to the top of the town where you can enjoy the astonishing views and visit the pretty, intimate Church of Nostra Senyora dels Angels. Light spills through the stained glass windows to illuminate the gorgeous interior. Just off the Placa Major are Museo Dionis Bennassar, an unexpected treasure and the home of a famous local artist. His paintings are displayed around a peaceful and inspirational home.

A short car journey away is the much-photographed Formentor Lighthouse which sits perched on the edge of the peninsular. You will experience the breathtaking sea views though you should be prepared for the winding road on the way!
