With captivating mountain views across traditional Mediterranean vegetation, Villa Colly J is beautifully situated in the North of Majorca, close to the old historic town of Pollensa and 15 minutes from an array of beaches.
A large paved driveway leads you to the traditional Mallorquin stone villa, located amongst beautiful Majorcan countryside and surrounded by olive and almond trees. The large entrance hall has access to all of the rooms which make up the traditional Majorcan finca across one storey. Tiled flooring throughout creates a cool and relaxed atmosphere, whilst the traditional, comfortable décor makes guests feel at home.
Through a wide stone archway lies the large open plan living and dining area, with big comfy sofas and widescreen TV. An authentic long dining table and benches is situated alongside for a lovely indoor dining option, where there is also access to the stunning terrace outside. The kitchen, with its authentic wooden beams and cupboards, is fully equipped for catering needs and there is a separate laundry room. A breakfast table in the hallway offers guests an informal dining option.
The master bedroom has a big double bed next a window allowing a summer breeze to fill the room, with views out to the garden area. There are two twin bedrooms, brightly decorated and ideal for younger guests. The main bathroom has shower facilities and there is also an outdoor shower.
With an abundance of outdoor living amenities and the breath-taking large private pool in the garden area, guests can spend maximum time outside in the Majorcan sun. The large paved terraces boast spectacular views across the countryside to the mountains and are a beautiful spot to enjoy something chilled after a day of sunbathing poolside on the sun beds.
If you fancy some alfresco wining and dining, to the side of the house there is a large paved area leading out to the gardens, featuring a covered BBQ and outdoor kitchen, and the villa’s very own bar, along with a ping pong table for some fun entertainment. There is also a large shaded terrace with a large dining table and bench where you can enjoy your culinary creations. For sun bathing with solitude, the elevated sun terrace above the main pool area is a quiet spot for guests to enjoy the Majorcan heat.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa Colly JPollensa – also known as Pollença – in the north of the island is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
Having been conquered time and time again through the centuries, the town bears signs of a rich history. More recently, in the early part of the last century a colony of artists, writers and musicians discovered the inspiring beauty of the area, settling in, and Pollensa has been a major draw for tasteful visitors ever since.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery, just outside the town. Here we provide all the information you want to know to make the most of this relaxed yet culturally satisfying inland town.
