Outdoors, you can have just as much fun as you would indoors, with various things to do and places to sprawl out on.
The exterior of the villa boasts the rustic heritage of the home, and indoors, walls have been left bare to expose the stone wall structure, whilst sleek furnishings and décor ensure that the home remains cosy and oozes charm. The best place to gather together is in the living room, which has been decked with plump sofas, large enough for the maximum capacity of eight guests. A television offers opportunities to indulge in films and shows in the evening, and the spacious and airy room provides natural light to support afternoons of chatter. A fully-equipped kitchen, equally as snazzy as the rest of the villa offers everything you would expect in any pantry and a dining table for all of the guests!
You can get active in the private gym before retreating to the first of the four bedrooms, housing a gorgeous double bed and makes use of the massive family bathroom on this floor. Upstairs from the ground floor, the remaining three bedrooms are laid out, each with the convenience of clean-line en-suite bathrooms. Choose from another double bedroom or two bedrooms, each with twin single beds, making it easy to accommodate any type of group of travellers. Guests can have a special experience, watching blockbusters in the home cinema on this floor whilst staying in Villa Lienaire.
Spend unforgettable days whilst on the exterior of the villa. Surrounded by the breathtaking natural beauty of rolling fields and the peaks of the Tramuntana mountains, relax on the outdoor terrace decorated with a dining table, artsy chairs and rattan sofas, under the shade of a wooden roof. Take walks around the extensive outdoor area, where you can play games on fields or games scattered around the villa. When you want to cool off from the sizzling sun, why not slink into the outdoor swimming pool and for cooling relief. If you want to feel the sun's force, you can bask in its rays on sun-loungers or recline on more sofas and seats here!

About the surrounding area of Villa LlenaireThe land of the sun in the west, Spain offers a fabulous climate across its mainlands and is punctuated by islands to its east and west. Spain has pioneered foods across the globe, so it's no surprise that you will find an astounding selection of recipes across the country and its location in the Mediterranean Sea allows an astonishing and varied amount of environments!
Mallorca has long stood as a true getaway destination, even hosting Spanish Royalty at times throughout the year. It's not hard to understand why so many would flock here, as a string of beaches around the coast of the island sit against places of history and interest, quaint and quiet towns against valleys and mountains and some of the most lively party scenes you will encounter across the globe!
Villa Lienair couldn't be better placed, with an array of places to explore and things to do directly around it. Alcudia Beach is a Blue Flag awarded stretch of shoreline landscaped with fine white sand which is lapped by the waters of the remarkably blue sea, so you can lay down on your towel down or sprawl out on the softness of the surface. The longest beach amongst Spain's Balearic's islands, 7 kilometres of coastal lines is begging to be explored, with more built-up spots offering all the amenities and facilities you need to spend a whole day or quieter spots for blissful isolation with the waves.
South of the villa and on the promenade of the Port of Alcudia, an array of restaurants offer tonnes of cuisine for you to gorge on, from tapas to pizza, burgers to the region's speciality, seafood! Spain is known for its vino, so wash it all down with a glass of the finest traditional wines whilst here. After dining, why not digest meals as you explore S'Albufera de Mallorca natural park, a wetland with unique and wonderful wildlife!
Whilst there are further areas of archaeological interest and natural splendour available for you to explore, several bars and cafes are open until the early hours of the morning so you can keep the joy going for as long as you like!

THE REGION
Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Here we provide all the information you want to know to make the most of this relaxed yet culturally satisfying inland town.

Welcoming and expansive indoors, kids can relax on sofas with the family whilst meals are prepped in the fully-equipped kitchen. Grab yourself some nachos and head straight into the home-cinema on the first floor and watch flicks whenever you want during your stay!
Outdoors the villa truly shows its family appeal. Challenge one another to football matches throughout your stay at the football field or simply frolic and play on the grassy lawn. Several pathways lead around the mammoth exterior so you can wander and get lost. Retreat to the cooling temperatures of the shaded patio, where sofas and seats offer places to escape the sun. It will be hard to keep kids out of the pool as it's yours for your leisure. Whilst kids splash or play a spot of ping-pong with the table tennis set, fire up the barbecue and top off an unforgettable stay with delightful alfresco meals!
You can enjoy a day of family fun on the three beaches that stretch from the magnificent Port of Alcudia for 7 kilometres. The white, fine grains of sand is the perfect place to pitch up with rented parasols and sun-loungers whilst you enjoy snacks and delicious drinks from nearby cafes and bars. The shallow and gentle waters make this a family favourite, as any age of traveller can lap close to the shores. Turn it up a notch and enjoy a variety of water-sports, from tranquil voyages on kayaks and boats to rip-roaring fun on jet-skis. Try to hang on!
Kids will enjoy the selection of meals available, and you can introduce new palettes to the delights of Spanish cuisine. Specialising in mouth-watering finger foods, kids will enjoy the platters of tapas that are served in traditional restaurants. Under ten-minutes away, enjoy a day of thrills and fun in Hydropark Alcudia. Whizz down a selection of twisting, turning and steep slides, enjoy the wave machine or simply take it easy around the park on loungers and seats, enjoying refreshments and meals from the on-site cafe!
