Whether you’re tossing together a Mediterranean salad or preparing a holiday feast for family and friends, the kitchen is a highly functional, light-filled space. Another living space on the other side of the house comes complete with plush sofas, TV, and warming fireplace. Villa Sonrosada’s two bedrooms each boast twin single beds (able to be formed into doubles) amidst a tasteful décor, wall-mounted TVs, and sleek en suite bathrooms.

Well-situated in the ancient northeastern town of Pollensa boasts attractive narrow streets, and an impressive main square (Placa Mayor) lined with cafes, restaurants, and bars. Be sure to dip into town on a Sunday when the market is on.
 
The town has lived many different lives over the centuries. During the 20th century it became a colony for artists, writers, and musicians, who settled in the town with love for its inspiring natural beauty and laid-back lifestyle. Climb the “small” Puig Mountain, which is 330m high and can be easily climbed within an hour. Mighty holm oaks shade the pathway on the way up. The summit’s panoramic views are utterly stunning, as is the small monastery.

If you’re idea of a holiday is hitting the links, have no fear, Pollensa Golf Club (~10-minute drive) is close at hand and boasts rolling fairways with mountain backdrops.

Of course, the beautiful Balearic island of Mallorca is a one of the most stunning resort hotspots in the Mediterranean. THE REGION

Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.

Beach resorts like Port de Pollensa and Port Alcudia (19-minute drive) offer the a raft of opportunities to engage in water sports. Hire a pedalo, learn to surf or jump on a jet ski, there’s plenty of water sport options available. What is more, Hidropark (18-minute drive) in nearby Alcúdia is a great day out for the whole family. From thrilling water slides to a lazy river and dedicated kids’ areas, this waterpark is jampacked with fun activities.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €300 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price. A change of bed linen is included each 7 days.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Friday during peak season. Flexible during low season.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.

Guests must notify and obtain permission from the owner in advance if they wish to charge electric vehicles which, if available, will be at an extra cost of €6 per day, paid directly to Oliver's Travels with the balance. Unauthorized charging incurs €8.50/per day penalty.
Other Ts and Cs Please be aware that guests will receive a link from Oliver's Travels 2 weeks before arrival to supply guest details to the property management company. Once completed, guests will then be provided with directions, arrival information, and the property manager's details. Please advise us if you do not receive this link.
