Llenaire Port is a charming 5-bedroom & 5-bathroom villa in walking distance to Puerto Pollensa. This 2-storey villa is located in the residential area of Llenaire, only about 750 metres from the gorgeous beach and the famous seafront promenade. What’s more, the shopping and sightseeing of the north coast is just a short drive away in either direction. Its contemporary structure and modern interior caters perfectly for the needs of a relaxing family holiday. The large outside pool has a shallow area for children to play in while you enjoy a carefree break. This coastal villa in Majorca is ideal for a few families to holiday together and enjoy an unforgettable summer break near the beach. In fact, the nearest sandy beach, with beautiful turquoise waters, is only at the end of the road.

On the first floor are 3 generous en-suite bedrooms each with an access to a private or shared terrace. One terrace leads via a steep and open metal spiral staircase (out of bounds to children unless accompanied by an adult ) an unfurnished (no shade) second floor terrace boasting fantastic views over the Bay of Pollença, Tramontana and Alcudia Mountains - great for taking in the spectacular sunsets. On the ground floor is a large family suite, with terrace access to the garden, comprising a seating area, 2 private bedrooms, an en-suite with bath and shower and a family bathroom with shower. The well-equipped ground floor kitchen/breakfast room and sitting room both access a covered dining terrace with seating for 10, and views over the garden and swimming pool.

Bathrooms are well proportioned and since 2008 have been decorated in traditional Spanish style (vibrantly coloured small ceramic tiles as opposed to being minimalist modern and neutral). The kitchen is practical, well equipped but with an emphasis on function as opposed to any modern sleek styling.

Villa Llenaire Port is a great holiday home, in a highly sought-after location in the north of Mallorca. It is close to the nearby sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vincente and Alcudia, hiking trails and golf courses. It's an excellent base for exploring all aspects of the island and it also affords easy access to and from Palma in the south.

Pollensa is an enchanting Mallorcan town packed with ancient blonde stone architecture, Pollensa doesn’t feel like many of the other towns which have surrendered to tourism. Although tourists have long been attracted here, Pollensa has learned to accept and adapt to tourism without losing its soul.

Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it, and the views definitely do not disappoint from the top.

Puerto Pollensa offers wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere, which make it a favourite destination for many. The hotels on the sea front still retain an old-fashioned air, having been built long before the concrete boom of the 1960s developments. Today the town attracts mainly British and Madrileño families looking for something more than the hussle and bussle of the south coast resorts.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1,500 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. The property manager will contact the clients directly to carry out the pre-authorisation. Please note that bookings over 3 weeks will require a regular charge to the credit card.
Arrival time 4 pm. Early check-ins are sometimes available, but must be requested at least 14 days before arrival. Unauthorsied early check-ins will incur an automatic minimum charge of €100 from the security deposit.
Departure time 10 am. Late check outs are sometimes available, but must be requested at least 14 days before arrival. Unauthorsied late check outs will incur an automatic minimum charge of €100 from the security deposit.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Winter bookings: For November to March bookings an energy / heating surcharge shall be added to the normal letting price, based on measured consumption of electricity and oil.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accomodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning , laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal will be charged against the security deposit.

- Please note that single-sexed groups must have prior approval from the owner before travel. Please enquire during the booking process.
- Cots and high chairs are available to rent at an extra cost, on request only. Guests can also rent a pool safety fence at a fee of €250, to be paid locally on arrival. Please enquire during the booking process.
- Please note that gardening maintenance will sometimes be required for 2-4 hour visits.
Other Ts and Cs Please note that the air conditioning is on a timer, in accordance with environmental concerns and recommendations. This will be from 6-8 pm and 10 pm - 8 am. Please enquire for more information.
Other Ts and Cs To increase security, the villa has two external, actively recording smart cameras which record video and audio. The cameras overlook the front street entrance gate and the side street entrance gate.

To maintain guest and neighbour comfort, an electronic device measures/reports; internal temperature, humidity, accoustic noise levels, cigarette smoke and smoke/C02 alarm sirens. The device does not record conversations.
Other Ts and Cs A grey weather proof cover is provided for sofas on the top sunset terrace. If guests remove the cover to use the sofas, it must be re fitted before rain. Similarly before check out, the covers must be refitted by the leaving guests so the next arriving guests start their holiday with dry sofas and the covers on. Failure to so involves a minimum €50 deduction (or more if damage arises) from the security deposit.
Other Ts and Cs For November to March bookings an energy/heating surcharge shall be added to the normal letting price, based on measured consumption of electricity and oil. Please enquire for more information.
Other Ts and Cs To allow routine pool maintenance/chemical water treatment, one day a week (or possibly two days in periods of excessive temperature) the swimming pool cannot be used between 7am and 10am. Please enquire for more information.

    The house was well equipped with everything you would need short or long term stay. The garden and pool area are very private with excellent seating options in and out of the sun. The location was ideal for a quiet family break whilst also being close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.
