Villa Puerto Deluxe 1 is a newly built holiday retreat located in the upmarket residential area of Boquer. With it's contemporary structure and ultra modern decor, it caters perfectly for the needs of a family or large group seeking total relaxation and comfort. The property will satisfy your demand for an ideal location and also meets the most discerning standards. With spectacular panoramic views over the bay of Puerto Pollensa and rear view of the Boquer mountains, you may not want to leave Puerto Deluxe 1 at all during your stay.
Sprawling over 3 floors the villa has been uniquely and exquisitely decorated to blend local craftsmanship with top international designs and furnishings.
Offering clean lines, direct natural day light and subtle colours create an interior just as relaxing as the terrace outside. For convenience the terrace has direct access from the living/dining room and kitchen area. The property consists of 4 double bedrooms, with single beds that can be made up into doubles or left as singles - all ensuite and a large garage with enough space for 2 cars and a ping pong table. All bedrooms are air conditioned for added comfort during the warmer months.
Originally a fishing villas, Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening panel or stroll along Pinewalk. While in Puerto Pollensa it is worth going to see Cap De Formentor, the ancient walls of Alcudia and the attractive resort of Cala San Vincente and of course the Old Town of Pollensa.
Although identical PPD1 has a higher rental than its adjacent sister property PPD2 because the 4th bedroom in PPD2 has a single bed with pull out bed underneath (suitable for an adult & a child) and in PPD1 the 4th bedroom is slightly larger with standard twin beds also both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.

What you should know…
- While you are situated within walking distance of Puerto Pollensa, you are located along the Boquer bypass, so will need to cross a main road to reach the resort
- The house has an upside down layout with the bedrooms located on the ground floor, so that excellent views can be enjoyed from the first floor living accommodation

About the surrounding area of Puerto Deluxe 1The property is located close to to the beautiful bay of Puerto Pollensa, and a short drive to the historic town of Pollensa and fishing village of Cala San Vicente.
Puerto Pollensa has a wonderful long sand beach, perfect for families due to the shallow waters there. Cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops and bars line the beach, along with watersport facilities.
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain's finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.However, the climb is worth it and the views definitely do not disappoint.

Excellent
This villa ticks all the boxes (clean, great location, well maintained, good customer service). It is in a peaceful part of Puerto Polensa but still within easy walking distance to centre and beaches. The view from the lounge and terrace floor is breath taking and immediately grabs you as you walk up the open stair case. Sitting outside on the terrace makes this villa, with its uninterrupted views across the bay and up into the mountains (absolutely Stunning). All the facilities within the villa are modern (contemporary) and it has more than a grand design feel to it. We like to eat out and there are many good restaurants in he area but it is hard to tear yourself away from the villa with its large dining table outside and inside.

Fabulous.
A fabulous villa. We stayed in the second week of September and had a wonderful time. The villa is in a great, elevated position and an easy 5 minute walk from the Pine Walk and all the great restaurants and bars that Puerto Pollensa has to offer. We were blown away with the quality of the villa - it's clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped, very modern and with spectacular views from the enormous balcony (more like a terrace really!). I have already recommended the villa to a number of friends and have no hesitation in recommending it here also.

Great villa
This was a great villa for a family of six, with spacious accommodation both inside and out. Has a large balcony with spectacular views over the bay of Port de Pollenca. It’s also in a great location for a short walk to the beach and the Pine Walk with numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

Wow!
This villa is absolutely AMAZING! I didn't really want to write a review so we could keep it a secret! The position is really good on a quiet road at the back of the Pine Walk, you have to cross a main road, which never seems to have more than 4 or 5 cars to get to the road the villa is on but it is really not a problem. It is just a short stroll to get into Puerto Pollensa for the great restaurants and the beach. There are plenty of Spar supermarkets to get your essentials and the main supermarket is a 5 minute drive away, you could walk if you felt up to it! The layout of the villa is an upside down house with the bedrooms all on the ground floor, three of them with balconies overlooking the swimming pool. The swimming pool is larger than in most rental villas and in immaculate condition. The owner supplied various pool toys, i.e. lilo etc. The upstairs is huge, with a fantastic balcony overlooking the bay of Pollens. It is absolutely spectacular. The villa is very well maintained, we requested a cool bag before we arrived and it was waiting in the kitchen when we got there. We had no problems at all whilst we were there but I am sure that if we had, the owner would be been there to help. The villa is so luxurious it was almost a shame to leave it, but we did on some days. There is a very good road bike hire shop in Pollensa and the villa is perfectly positioned for numerous rides around the northern part of the island. Also, for those feeling up to it, there was an inflatable assault course just off Pollensa Beach which our children (21, 17 and 14) all had a go on which they thoroughly enjoyed. All in all it was probably the best holiday we have been on. We will definitely plan on coming back here.
