Can Asarama is a charming villa in Pollensa, perfect for families. The villa features a private swimming pool at the back, surrounded by a green lawn—ideal for cooling off after a sunny day. Guests can also enjoy the grassy area for sunbathing or playing games. Multiple outdoor terraces provide the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine while admiring the stunning views.

Can Asarama is just a 15-minute drive from the center of Pollensa, making it easy for guests to explore the area. 

Formentor Lighthouse, about an hour from the villa, is a must-visit landmark. Built in 1863, it stands 210 meters above sea level, guiding fishing boats away from the sharp rocks below. The lighthouse has also inspired famous writers like Jose Hierro and Carlos Fuentes. A drive to the top offers breathtaking views, making it a worthwhile trip. 

For a fascinating look into ancient history, visit the Alzinaret Caves, just 20 minutes from the villa. Discovered in 1927, these caves date back to 1600 BC and contain artifacts from the Middle Bronze Age. There are several caves to explore, and benches outside for those who prefer to stay above ground. It's a great spot for a unique day out.

If you're visiting in November, don’t miss La Fira, a traditional trade fair that has been held since the 18th century. Here, you can browse handmade woven goods like bags and hats, offering a glimpse into the region’s history. The fair takes place about 10 minutes from the villa, usually on the second Sunday in November.

THE REGION

Sa Pobla is a small municipality with around 12,000 inhabitants, which is situated in the centre of Mallorca, between Inca and Alcúdia. Sa Pobla is known for its agriculture and the humble potato, in particular, gets a lot of attention here as it is exported to many countries and a festival is even held in its honour each year.

The town of Sa Pobla is partly on the Albufera nature reserve (Parc natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca), a protected wetland area. The nature reserve is particularly good for bird watching as well as hikes and walks.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1500 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. The property manager will contact the clients directly to carry out the pre-authorisation. Please note that bookings over 3 weeks will require a regular charge to the credit card.

Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available on this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? No.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €275 paid to OT prior to travel. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season. All other times, flexible.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €250 per booking will apply (paid to OT prior to travel).
