As you approach, a large wrought iron gate welcomes you, leading to secure parking spacious enough for several cars. Entering through the main door, you step into a charming and spacious living and dining area. The room’s cosy sofa and inviting log burner set the perfect mood for relaxed evenings in, while satellite TV and Wi-Fi keep everyone connected. This space opens directly onto the covered dining terrace, ideal for long, leisurely meals together. Just off the main area is the open-plan kitchen, which comes fully equipped with everything you might need to create delicious meals from fresh local ingredients. The thoughtful layout makes cooking and dining a seamless experience.
Casa Ramonila has six double bedrooms, each with its own unique character. Two ground-floor bedrooms offer modern, bright decor with direct access to the garden and terraces, as well as en-suite bathrooms, one featuring a sleek, modern bathtub. Ascending the traditional staircase, you reach two more bedrooms on the mezzanine level. One of these has an en-suite with a shower, while the other’s en-suite showcases a bathtub set in an elevated position, offering beautiful views over the gardens and countryside. A final climb takes you to the top floor, where two further bedrooms reflect traditional Mallorcan charm with exposed wooden beams and classic decor.
Outside, the finca truly shines. The pool area is surrounded by lush, manicured lawns, perfect for sunbathing on loungers under the parasols. Nearby, the poolside bar—complete with a small fridge, sound system, and optional beer on tap—invites you to unwind with a cool drink in hand. For mealtime al fresco, there’s a large barbecue area next to a shady cobbled courtyard, and for evenings under the stars, a charming seating area with a fire pit completes the experience. THE REGION
Sa Pobla is a small municipality with around 12,000 inhabitants, which is situated in the centre of Mallorca, between Inca and Alcúdia. Sa Pobla is known for its agriculture and the humble potato, in particular, gets a lot of attention here as it is exported to many countries and a festival is even held in its honour each year.
The town of Sa Pobla is partly on the Albufera nature reserve (Parc natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca), a protected wetland area. The nature reserve is particularly good for bird watching as well as hikes and walks.
