THE REGION
Arena D'en Castell is located on the northeast coast of Menorca, within an easy bus ride of other towns to visit. Arenal den Castell is the fourth most prominent resort on Menorca and is on the eastern side of Menorca, where most of the island's attractions are located.
The bay at Arenal d'en Castell is as close to a near-perfect horseshoe as you can get. The headlands on the waters' horizon close in so much so that you think you might be standing by a large saltwater lake. While some areas behind the beach have been developed, the varying ground height levels mean it's more natural than it might first appear in photographs. The eastern end of the resort and beach is more naturally intact with wooded areas and sand dunes and is where most of the private villas and apartments are located.

Highly recommended
Villa Arenal is just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. It has everything we needed and more. Highly recommended.

Just perfect
We were there with friends and the house is just perfect. Very well arranged, clean with all the necessities. Everything is provided and much more. The beach is a 3 min walk away. Shops are close by and have basic needs. Honestly, you can book without any questions.

All in all this is a gem of a villa.
Owner's attention to detail is second to none. Access was clear and easy. Everything you would need is available, whether for washing, catering or entertainment, it is all at your finger tips.
The villa is spotless and well equipped with pool furniture and more. The garden is relatively private and peaceful with a well manicured lawn.
The beach is less than ten minutes walk away if you follow owner's clever cut through map. Sun beds were about 6 euros each but there was room to bring your own blanket if you took one.
There is a well stocked Supermarket a short walk from the house which is next to a popular pizza restaurant.
The town is well connected by bus to other areas, the main bus stop being just above the beach (10-15 mins walk) and the bus times are clearly marked.
The town is full of great eateries and Tapas bars that cater for all tastes including a very nice Indian restaurant -

Where do we start…
Pedro started off with giving us some great recommendations on where to visit and eat during our stay. Instructions for check in were also nice and clear which made things easy.
The villa is amazing. It was clean, presentable and better than what we expected. We think it’s the most well equipped villa we’ve stayed in before from cleaning products and equipment to a shed full of beach/pool toys and inflatables.
Owner communication has been fantastic throughout, not that we’ve needed to contact him much during our stay.
Garden is a great size and great for children, as is the pool.
A 5 min walk to the local beach is also a big bonus. A great beach for children.

Very clean, tidy and spacious
Pedro was an exemplary host with the house very clean, tidy and spacious. The garden space was something special during the trip.

Perfect 8 night stay at the villa.
Pedro has thought of everything and stocked laundry cleaning supplies, shampoo, hair dryers etc. Even a child’s car seat and jackets for the family incase of rain (luckily it didn’t!).
Pedro is a responsive host, who offered local recommendations and was very helpful.
The villa is a perfect place for a family holiday, we hope to return next year. -

We had an amazing time at Villa Arenal!
We were a family of 4 with 1 toddler and a baby. We felt at home with baby cot and high chair. Very relaxing and quiet place. Pedro gave us local recommendations. Everything was pure gem.

Pedro is a wonderful person and his place is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beauty of Menorca. You have everything you need and plenty of space. Location is absolutely perfect next to a wonderful beach a few minutes walk away.

Beautiful house
My girlfriend and I stayed in January for 2 weeks at this beautiful house. It must be said if you want to see this island without tourists then Jan is the month for you! You will have beaches to yourself and the roads!
We both work online and were able to work successfully during our stay, no internet issues with 3 laptops running and 2 video calls at the same time.
The house is fully stocked with detergent, shampoo, even straighteners! The pool was chilly in Jan but such a gorgeous asset to the house.
There is a gorgeous beach within 15 min walk, 3 min drive. There is a large TV with access to Netflix and very comfy sofas which we made the most out of.
We have to mention how amazing of a host Pedro is, alongside Vicki who helped us retrieve my girlfriend’s necklace during our stay, she also gave lots of recommendations, a true gem.
We really loved it here and give it 5*. -

One of the most beautiful homes we've ever stayed in.
A beautiful pool in one of the most beautiful area on the island. 100 meters from the beach of Arenal d 'en Castell, the most beautiful and the most comfortable in my opinion, having small children. Pedro and Maribel are always very helpful and friendly.
