Step through the patio doors to a sun-drenched terrace with stunning sea views. The villa offers three thoughtfully designed bedrooms: two doubles with ceiling fans for cool, restful nights and a twin room with two beds, one slightly larger, also with a ceiling fan. Two separate shower rooms with WC ensure convenience for all guests.
Villa Anguilia’s outdoor spaces are a haven of tranquility. A swimming pool with Roman steps is surrounded by six sun loungers and a bench, all overlooking breathtaking sea views. From the terrace, descend four steps to the pool area, perfect for sun-soaked days. The covered terrace invites you to unwind with rattan seating for four or five and a spacious dining table with an inbuilt sofa and additional chairs. Nearby, an inbuilt BBQ awaits for al fresco feasts. For panoramic views, head up the staircase to the roof terrace, furnished with a table and chairs for four—ideal for enjoying sunsets over the sea. THE REGION
The quiet and idyllic resort of Binibeca is a very popular smaller resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca and is a perfect choice for holidaymakers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline-destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here, most accommodations being in private villas and apartments.
Today, Binibeca stretches 3 km along the coast and includes the original ‘Binibèquer Vell’, or an old portion, as well as the new portion of ‘Binibèquer Nou’- a natural progression with many of the homes and villas in keeping with the original design. At the very eastern point of Binibeca, you will also find Cala Torret, a small village which feels separate but is actually part of it.
