The open-plan living and dining area is designed for comfort, boasting air conditioning, built-in bench seating for six, and a cozy dining table for three or four. Step through the patio doors to a sun-drenched terrace with stunning sea views. The villa offers three thoughtfully designed bedrooms: two doubles with ceiling fans for cool, restful nights and a twin room with two beds, one slightly larger, also with a ceiling fan. Two separate shower rooms with WC ensure convenience for all guests.  

Villa Anguilia’s outdoor spaces are a haven of tranquility. A swimming pool with Roman steps is surrounded by six sun loungers and a bench, all overlooking breathtaking sea views. From the terrace, descend four steps to the pool area, perfect for sun-soaked days. The covered terrace invites you to unwind with rattan seating for four or five and a spacious dining table with an inbuilt sofa and additional chairs. THE REGION

The quiet and idyllic resort of Binibeca is a very popular smaller resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca and is a perfect choice for holidaymakers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline-destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here, most accommodations being in private villas and apartments.

Today, Binibeca stretches 3 km along the coast and includes the original ‘Binibèquer Vell’, or an old portion, as well as the new portion of ‘Binibèquer Nou’- a natural progression with many of the homes and villas in keeping with the original design. At the very eastern point of Binibeca, you will also find Cala Torret, a small village which feels separate but is actually part of it.

Security deposit £400 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes, standard changeover clean included. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access inlcuded in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations upon request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.

Pool heating charge? Not available.
Tax There is a Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's for the first 9 nights, reducing to €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid to Olivers Travels with the balance payment.
