What you should know…
- Clients are advised there will be some aircraft noise, when the wind is in the west and aircraft are taking off over the coast.
- The first-floor suite is accessed via an external staircase, which may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility issues.
- The pool area is unfenced, so supervision is essential for children.
- There is no air-conditioning in the property, ceiling fans are located in all bedrooms.

THE REGION
The quiet and idyllic resort of Binibeca is a very popular smaller resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca and is a perfect choice for holidaymakers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline-destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here, most accommodations being in private villas and apartments.
Today, Binibeca stretches 3 km along the coast and includes the original ‘Binibèquer Vell’, or an old portion, as well as the new portion of ‘Binibèquer Nou’- a natural progression with many of the homes and villas in keeping with the original design. At the very eastern point of Binibeca, you will also find Cala Torret, a small village which feels separate but is actually part of it.
