Villa Santa Rosa is a charming 4-bedroom villa in Binibeca, Menorca, offering an idyllic retreat for up to 8 guests. Designed with comfort and style in mind, the villa features a bright and airy interior with a welcoming open-plan living and dining area that has seating for 6 guests, two sofas, garden views, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities needed for a relaxed stay, including modern appliances and ample preparation space.
The villa boasts four spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and a French door opening out onto the courtyard. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, one with twin beds and one with one set of bunk beds, ideal for children.
Outside, the villa’s beautifully landscaped grounds include a private swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, ideal for soaking up the Mediterranean sunshine. A shaded outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for al fresco meals, while the garden offers plenty of space for children to play.
Just a short stroll from Villa Santa Rosa, the pristine Binibeca Beach awaits, with its crystal-clear waters and soft white sands. The picturesque fishing village of Binibeca Vell is nearby, offering charming streets, restaurants, and shops. THE REGION
The quiet and idyllic resort of Binibeca is a very popular smaller resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca and is a perfect choice for holidaymakers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline-destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here, most accommodations being in private villas and apartments.
Today, Binibeca stretches 3 km along the coast and includes the original ‘Binibèquer Vell’, or an old portion, as well as the new portion of ‘Binibèquer Nou’- a natural progression with many of the homes and villas in keeping with the original design. At the very eastern point of Binibeca, you will also find Cala Torret, a small village which feels separate but is actually part of it.
