This spacious 5-bedroom villa in Menorca, which comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, is perfect for a memorable holiday. The villa features a thoughtfully designed layout, with a large open plan living and dining area that flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for socializing and family meals. The interiors are beautifully furnished with a mix of modern and traditional décor, creating a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of natural light.
The five well-appointed bedrooms are spread across the main villa and the guest suites, adjacent to the villa. The villa also includes five ensuite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
Outside, the villa boasts expansive grounds, including a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, a covered terrace for al fresco dining, and a lush garden with plenty of space for children to play.
The surrounding area is peaceful, with nearby beaches and charming local restaurants and bars just a short drive away. The villa is an excellent base for exploring Menorca’s natural beauty and vibrant culture.

Located in the serene Binibeca Nou area, a quiet corner of Binibeca along Menorca’s stunning coastline, this villa is just a short distance from white sandy beaches and charming local restaurants and bars.
The villa also provides easy access to some of Menorca’s most stunning beaches, including the secluded Cala Mitjana and the turquoise waters of Cala Galdana. Nature enthusiasts can explore the Camí de Cavalls, an ancient coastal path that circles the island, offering scenic trails for hiking and biking.

THE REGION
The quiet and idyllic resort of Binibeca is a very popular smaller resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca and is a perfect choice for holidaymakers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline-destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here, most accommodations being in private villas and apartments.
Today, Binibeca stretches 3 km along the coast and includes the original ‘Binibèquer Vell’, or an old portion, as well as the new portion of ‘Binibèquer Nou’- a natural progression with many of the homes and villas in keeping with the original design. At the very eastern point of Binibeca, you will also find Cala Torret, a small village which feels separate but is actually part of it.
