The estate has more than 30 hectares of land, providing absolute privacy and tranquility in pure nature with plenty of private country walks and beautiful views.

Location
About the surrounding area of Binimasso MenorcaThis gorgeous finca is situated in pretty countryside, very close to the villages of Ferreries and Cala Galdana. The villa is roughly 35 km from the airport, which takes around 45 minutes in light traffic.
Very close to the villa is the pretty whitewashed town of Ferreries. It dates from the 13th century, although the main church of Saint Bartholomew was built in the 18th century. Ferreries is an important industrial town for shoes and furniture and boasts a busy Saturday morning market in the Plaza Espana. You can shop for homemade produce, cheese, cold meat specialities, spicy local sausage, pastries, cakes, jams and honey. There are also fabulous handicrafts such as macrame, etched glass, leatherwork and the famous abarca sandals. The fair enjoys the sounds of island music and folklore dance, so it is a lovely excursion. Ferreries boasts good tapa bars, charming boutiques, jewellery shops, leather shops, and Mascaro, an international shoemaker.
This area surrounding Binimasso Menorca is sprinkled with historical monuments and traces of the island’s long history. You will discover talaiots, ancient fortresses which were built around 3000 years ago for defence. The surrounding beautiful countryside features many rural paths, wonderful woods and beautiful valleys and gorges. Also not far away is the gorgeous Bini Gaus Beach and an ancient cave the size of a cathedral. It can be accessed on foot from the top of the hill above the beach.

Best Suited For: All AgesBinimasso Menorca is a fabulous choice for families! It is so spacious with six bedrooms, several living spaces and very extensive gardens plus a wonderful swimming pool.
Cala Galdana is an excellent area for a family holiday. There is plenty of entertainment, fantastic walks, and several stunning beaches within walking distance of the villa. The Toboggan restaurant in the Serpentona district of Cala Galdana offers crazy golf, two low-level water slides and a park for younger children. As well as some thrilling watersports, you can also arrange horseriding on the beach.
There are so many beaches scattered around the coastline of Menorca, together with warm, turquoise seas, which are wonderful. Some beaches have rocks and caves to climb, whereas others have huge expanses of sand. Impressive watersports centres can be found at Fornells, S’Algar and Son Xoriguer.
