Situated on a quiet street in the popular Binibeca urbanization, the villa benefits from a peaceful setting, yet the picturesque beach, bustling restaurants and local shops are just a stone throw from the front door!
The villa combines indoor and outdoor living into one, with large glass doors effectively making the walls disappear so you can meander in and out with ease. The open-plan living spaces combined with the spacious terrace makes the whole villa feel bright and spacious, with ample room for six guests to spread out and relax, spending time as a group as well as enjoying private moments individually.
Within the villa, all the living spaces are spread over one floor, ideal for young families that don’t want to clamber up and down stairs! The main living space includes a modern kitchen, sociable dining space and a welcoming lounge. A couple of guests can cook, whilst others chat around the table and the rest catch up on TV, all co-existing in one space even when occupied with different things.
After busy days exploring Menorca and sociable evenings with your loved ones, there is nothing better than good night sleep. Each of the three bedrooms is light and airy, offering you space to rest and restore, making the most of no alarms or wake up calls other than the natural sunlight streaming in each window.
Even with the beach so nearby, guests always enjoy the private swimming pool, whether its kids splashing about or adults taking a quiet moment to cool off and stare out to the horizon, the pool sets a calm atmosphere for the entire terrace. Bordered by sun loungers and greenery, with a fabulous covered dining area and barbecue sometimes there feels little need to go back inside! Casa Gabstar has something for everyone, an idyllic holiday retreat!

Casa Gabstar is a beautiful villa with a garden, and barbecue area by the pool is situated in a quiet street in the Binibeca urbanization on the south-east of the island, and only a short walk of 500m from the sandy beach and 600m from the commercial area, bars and restaurants. About the surrounding area of Casa GabstarThe Balearic island of Menorca is the quieter, unspoilt version of its big sisters Majorca and Ibiza.
While it is partly known for its traditional summer fiestas, which take place in different towns around the island all summer long (with origins dating back to the 14th century!) it’s really the place for those who enjoy a calmer, slower pace of life.
Aside from its traditional fiestas, Menorca is better visited for its white-sand bays such as Pregonda and Cala Macarella, clear, turquoise water and more gentle activities like walking, cycling or horse-riding. Binibeca Nou itself provides a selection of restaurants and bars as well as many natural wonders within just a few kilometres. While there are many of its kind nearby, a particularly beautiful local attraction is the Cala Binipartrix, a sheltered cove comprising a limestone gorge complete with a sandy beach.
