On the ground floor, the impressive reception hall, featuring beautiful Mares arches and bi-folding glass doors, creates a seamless indoor/outdoor flow that leads to the landscaped grounds. The spacious inner hall offers access to the staff quarters and other levels of the villa. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with a large maid’s pantry and views overlooking the front of the house. A laundry room provides access to the drying area for convenience. The sitting room is an inviting space with large sofas, a plasma TV, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated area for e-mailing or writing letters. The dining room comfortably seats 20 guests and leads out to the front lawns through French windows. For a more intimate gathering, the cosy sitting room offers a space for after-dinner drinks.
