Perched above the waters of Mahon Harbour, the villa offers breathtaking, uninterrupted views that seem to stretch for miles. Entering the villa, a sweeping staircase leads you to the main living areas. As you step down to the ground floor, French windows flood the space with light, drawing your eyes straight to the sparkling harbour below. To your left, a spacious, open-plan living area awaits. With two separate seating spaces, a large dining table for ten, and a well-equipped kitchen overlooking it all, this room is the social heart of the home. The pocket patio doors fully retract, blending the indoors with the expansive outdoor terrace, making it easy to step out and enjoy the stunning views from nearly every corner.
Exploring the bedrooms, you find two comfortable twin rooms and two double rooms, each with its own en-suite and air conditioning, perfect for friends or family members. The master suite is a true retreat, with its super king-size bed, luxurious en-suite, and private terrace offering incredible harbour views. A few steps down from the master bedroom, there’s a spacious office and library for those moments of quiet reflection.
Outside, the villa’s charm continues. The terrace features a rattan seating area where you can sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail while gazing out at the boats passing by. The pool, with Roman steps and a sun-soaked terrace, invites you to relax or splash around.
