Villa Raina is a large, modern, 5-bedroom villa, situated in a peaceful area of Menorca, ideal for a summer retreat in the sunshine. With restaurants, shops and more within walking distance of the front door, you can truly relax from the moment you arrive.
Ideal for large families, the living spaces are all arranged over a single storey, creating sociable areas, where you can spend quality time together. Furnished in a contemporary, clean style throughout, Villa Raina has a relaxed atmosphere throughout. There is a large, open-plan living area, with a dining space and sunken seating area with comfy sofas. Large windows allow light to fill the space, yet it maintains a cosy ambience, so you can retreat indoors, for moments of respite from the heat of the Spanish sun. The modern kitchen, is a sociable space, with a breakfast table and plenty of room to cook up huge family meals, that you can enjoy out on the covered terrace. The villa boasts five lovely double bedrooms. The master suite offers a double bed and spacious bathroom with a separate bath and shower, as well as having direct access to the terrace, so you head straight out into the sun as soon as you wake up. The further four bedrooms, all have two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double, these bedrooms all share two bathrooms.
As you step out onto the terrace, you will find a covered area, with space for outdoor dining and a barbecue where you can cook al-fresco, making the most of the gorgeous weather. This leads out towards the pool area, where the fabulous private pool is sitting ready for you to jump in, perfect for children and adults alike. The beach and sea, is not far away, so you can head down to the coastline with ease and with a drive included within the property, you can take day trips to some of the other wonderful places Menorca has to offer.

- The fabulous location is peaceful, however there are neighbouring properties, so it is not as private as some of the more rural villas
- When in Spain, act as the Spanish do and remember the sacred Siesta!

THE REGION
Punta Prima is located in the southeast corner of Menorca and the municipal district of Sant Lluis. Mahon is just 10 km away, so a journey from the airport is approximately 25 minutes. Nearby resorts include Binibeca and S’algar, and are just 5-6km away by road.
The centre of Punta Prima, adjacent to the beach, is where you’ll find a good selection of restaurants offering a good range of international cuisine and Mediterranean dishes, as well as several bars with some offering play areas for children.
