Casa Sa Sinia is a spacious and welcoming villa designed for comfort and relaxation. It comprises the main villa and an annex. In the main villa, the interior is bright and airy, featuring a cosy living room, perfect for family gatherings or quiet evenings in. There is an open-plan dining area and well-equipped kitchen including modern appliances and ample counter space, ideal for preparing meals at home. Here there are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, accommodating six guests. During high season, two additional guests can also be accommodated in the annex, which has an extra double bedroom as well as a living area.
Outside, the villa’s garden offers a relaxing retreat with a large pool, surrounded by sunbeds for lounging. The covered terrace provides shade and a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The lush, well-maintained garden offers space for children to play, and the villa is set in a great location, with easy access to nearby beaches and the town of Sant Lluís. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, enjoying a meal outside, or exploring the surrounding area, Casa Sa Sinia is the ideal base for a family holiday in Menorca.

- Casa Sa Sinia sleeps up to 8 guests during the high season, 6 guests will be accommodated in the 3 bedrooms in the main villa, 2 guests in the annex
- Please note that the annex is only included in the high season rental price. In the low season, the price does not include the annex, and therefore the property sleeps 6 guests
- We recommend hiring a car to be able to explore everything that this beautiful region has to offer

These ruins date back to the Talayotic period, around 1,000 BC, and include impressive stone structures such as the ancient settlements of Torre d'en Galmés and the mysterious stone towers known as "talaiots." THE REGION
Sant Lluis is a traditional Menorcan town (though architecturally, its grid-based heritage from its french military occupying founders). Surrounded by picture postcard countryside and villages, Sant Lluis is a great base to explore the island, central to many attractions in the surrounding area and the popular south coast beaches.
The town is dominated by the main church, Eglesia de Sant Lluis, and being grid-based, its easy to find streets. Populated by locals and ex-pats from various countries, Sant Lluis has a thriving community with a relaxed, friendly pace. The capital Mahon is just a few minutes north by car, taxi or regular bus service.
Nearby S'Algar is a haven for watersport enthusiasts. Club S'Algar Diving provides water skiing, windsurfing and jet skiing. Divers can be hired too to help you explore the underwater caves and coral reefs along this favourite part of the coastline for divers.

The surrounding area also features numerous family-friendly hiking trails and nature reserves, ideal for a day of exploration and wildlife spotting.
