As you arrive at Villa Jardi Secret, tucked away in the peaceful hamlet of S’Ullestrar, you will immediately feel the calming embrace of the surrounding countryside. This traditional Menorcan farmhouse, set on over 11,000 sqm of private land and lush gardens, offers an inviting retreat with a distinct rustic charm. You are just a short stroll from local restaurants and a family-run supermarket, and only a twenty-minute walk to the charming old town of Sant Lluís, known for its shops, lively bars, and restaurants. The sandy beaches of Alcalfar, Binibeca, and Punta Prima are also within easy reach, making this the ideal base for exploring the island.
Stepping inside, the warm, welcoming atmosphere continues. The ground floor’s homely kitchen, overlooking the gardens, is well-equipped with modern appliances and a door leading out to an outdoor seating area, perfect for morning coffee. Just off the kitchen is a utility room with extra amenities, including another fridge. The heart of the home is the large living and dining area, where two comfy sofas and rattan seating offer a perfect spot to unwind. With French doors opening on both sides, the space feels bright and airy, inviting the outdoors in. The dining table, which seats ten, makes this a fantastic space for family meals.
On this floor, you will find three cosy bedrooms – a double room with views of the garden, and two twin rooms, one overlooking the pool. Upstairs, two beautifully appointed double bedrooms both feature French windows leading to a south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy peaceful views of the gardens with a cup of tea. Set apart from the main house, there is a separate Casita, with a small kitchen, living area and elegant double bedroom, perfect for those seeking a little extra privacy.
Outside, Villa Jardi Secret really shines. A long, shaded drive leads you through mature gardens full of vibrant Mediterranean plants to a pergola-covered dining area with seating for twelve, perfect for al fresco meals. There’s also a barbecue area and plenty of cosy nooks for lounging. The swimming pool, just slightly set apart from the house, is surrounded by a sun terrace and can be gated for safety. With ample space to relax, this villa offers a serene holiday atmosphere, ideal for making cherished memories.

THE REGION
Sant Lluis is a traditional Menorcan town (though architecturally, its grid-based heritage from its french military occupying founders). Surrounded by picture postcard countryside and villages, Sant Lluis is a great base to explore the island, central to many attractions in the surrounding area and the popular south coast beaches.
The town is dominated by the main church, Eglesia de Sant Lluis, and being grid-based, its easy to find streets. Populated by locals and ex-pats from various countries, Sant Lluis has a thriving community with a relaxed, friendly pace. The capital Mahon is just a few minutes north by car, taxi or regular bus service.
Nearby S'Algar is a haven for watersport enthusiasts. Club S'Algar Diving provides water skiing, windsurfing and jet skiing. Divers can be hired too to help you explore the underwater caves and coral reefs along this favourite part of the coastline for divers.
