Es Llogaret is a renovated 19th-century estate located just a few kilometres from the village of Alaior, where you can shop and visit craft shops and Mahón cheese centers. The beaches and the city of Mahón are also less than 15 minutes away by car, making this villa a great base for those looking to explore the island of Menorca.
The estate maintains its original Menorcan style and features a spacious outdoor area with views of the Torre d'en Gaumés monument. There's a built-in barbecue with a shaded dining area next to the main façade and another shaded area with a wooden table and benches by the kitchen door. The 11m x 6m swimming pool, with a fenced area for children, is a real highlight of this villa and is surrounded by grass and has a table and chairs under a pergola, plus an outdoor bathroom and shower. for complete ease and convenience. Guests can even find covered parking for two cars, and a 1,500-meter hiking route around the property.
Inside, the house spans two floors and is decorated with restored furniture, including a functional period piano. The ground floor has a large hall, living room, kitchen, dining room, and four double bedrooms—two with en-suite showers, one of which is wheelchair accessible. This floor also has an additional full bathroom, a bathroom with a shower, and underfloor heating for colder months. The first floor includes a double room, a twin room, a bathroom with a shower, and a leisure room with a computer and internet connection.

THE REGION
The resort of Son Bou in the municipality of Alaior, on the south coast of Menorca, is renowned for having the biggest and probably best beach on the island. The resort is located around 20 kilometres from the international airport at Mahon.
Son Bou is a well-developed area containing many restaurants offering a good range of British, Indian, Chinese and Mediterranean dishes, as well as numerous bars, some of which are themed to help entertain young ones.
While the resort is very popular for families, the sheer size of the beach makes it easy for those who prefer to avoid the little ones to find their ideal spots! There is an abundance of natural sand dunes that make a very pleasant backdrop.
