Villa Olivarda is a home which has it all! Offering staggering views over the sea and within easy reach of the pristine Cala Canutells beach, this house has a wonderful location. As well as the setting, the home also offers brilliant facilities such as spacious living areas and a private swimming pool, making it ideal for a family holiday.
 
The villa stands as a spacious retreat, offering a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and the warmth of a true home away from home. This expansive two-story abode provides breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, creating an idyllic backdrop for a relaxing holiday.

Designed with comfort in mind, the house can accommodate up to 6 guests. The interior exudes a contemporary charm, featuring two well-equipped kitchens; one on each level, catering to the culinary needs of the guests. The main living space on the first floor is an open-plan haven, adorned with plush armchairs, a television, and access to a sun-soaked terrace. A generously-sized formal dining area completes this inviting space, perfect for shared meals and gatherings.

Villa Olivarda offers three thoughtfully designed bedrooms to ensure a restful night's sleep. On the ground floor, a family-friendly room with a double bed and a single bed caters to those traveling with kids, while an adjacent bedroom boasts a cozy double bed. These rooms share a modern family bathroom equipped with both a bath and shower. The master bedroom, located on the first floor, is bathed in natural light and opens onto a vast sea-view terrace. This serene space features neutral décor, a comfortable double bed, and an en-suite shower room for added convenience.

The outdoor area is a true sanctuary, featuring a large heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, inviting guests to indulge in refreshing dips or simply bask in the Mediterranean sun. A covered lounge space furnished with cozy sofas and a dining area offers a perfect retreat to enjoy the stunning views, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

As the closest beach is just 500m away, you could not wish for a better location! Guests of Villa Olivarda are able to combine lazy beach days, with days out in the nearby towns and villages. The closest town for shopping is only 6km away, and the island’s capital Mahon is also just 10km away. In the city, you can explore the historic attraction, shop in the array of artisan stores and dine out. As Menorca is easy to explore by car, you can visit many places on the island during your holiday, or maybe you would prefer to explore by taking a boat trip.

Security deposit €400 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available at this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Yes, included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations upon request.
