The beautiful modern interiors of this villa elegantly combine with the surrounding pine trees and palm trees that rise out of the garden towards the bright blue skies. Large windows and balconies create a constant connection to the surrounding nature, with the luscious trees adding vibrant colours to the villa. Located just a short walk from the beautiful beaches and town centre of Sitges, you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a private villa whilst remaining nearby the town's amenities.

The villa itself is spread over two spacious floors, with a welcoming living room and a small kitchenette on the ground floor, and the remaining living spaces upstairs, benefitting from the best views over the treetops and towards the sea.

On the first floor, the living and dining room is open plan, with a wall of glass doors that flood the space with light and open elegantly onto a balcony, where you can sit in the sun and sip your morning coffee or an evening aperitif, whilst gazing out towards the views. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped for your use, with a small breakfast table where guests can gather together and chat as delicious meals are prepared!

Throughout the villa, there are five spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a sixth room that offers two bunk beds, perfect for any kids visiting! Each of the rooms is simple and sophisticated, offering everything you need to make your stay comfortable because what is better after a day on the beach and exploring the surrounding cities than climbing into bed and resting your eyes for the night.

Outside, Villa Armengol offers plenty of outdoor space, with balconies on the first floor that benefit from the best views and a beautiful terrace downstairs that boasts the fabulous private swimming pool, bordered by luscious gardens and greenery.

You can sit and enjoy breakfast under the morning sun on the terrace, watch kids run and play on the grass throughout the afternoon, dipping in the pool to cool off when the sun reaches its peak before firing up the barbecue and dining al-fresco late into the evening. Try pairing your dinner with a bottle or two of wine from the local vineyards.

Villa Armengol leaves little to be desired, with the beach a short walk away, delicious restaurants on your doorstep, not to mention the stunning architecture of Barcelona just a short train journey away – there is truly something for everyone!

  • It is not necessary to hire a car when staying in Sitges as there are excellent transport links to and from Barcelona airport and into Barcelona city
  • The swimming pool is not fenced, so children must be supervised at all times
  • We also recommend for children to be supervised due to the design of one of the staircases

Often referred to as the 'Jewel on the Mediterranean', Sitges offers the perfect coastal retreat for a holiday in the sun! Reputed to offer 300 days of sunshine a year, it is a quaint little coastal town surrounded by the hills of the Garraf National Park.

Villa Armengol sits just 200 meters from the beach, 2 km from a golf course, and a 10-minute walk from the centre of town, so it's the perfect location for exploring this beautiful coastal area. The area offers everything you might need for a relaxed holiday, with amenities close by such as shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and evening entertainment.

When you venture into the old town, there are typically narrow Spanish streets that you can amble around and explore each day. These pretty streets slowly lead you down to a picturesque, palm tree-lined promenade that runs the entire length of the open bay with its various beautiful beaches.

If you are already a wine connoisseur or are simply interested in tasting some local grapes, then you will enjoy visiting the local vineyards and bodegas of Torres, Cordoniu and Priorat. For food, you should try some traditional Catalan dishes, often featuring fresh seafood and Mediterranean vegetables; the delicacies are mouth-wateringly good! You will be lucky as Sitges itself offers a fabulous selection of restaurants, with cuisines from all around the world, ideal for pleasing every guest.

Access to this stunning town is as easy as it gets, as it is located just 20-minutes from Barcelona's El Prat international airport. It's not necessary to hire a car when staying in Sitges as there are excellent transport links to and from Barcelona airport and into Barcelona city.

The famous cosmopolitan capital city of Barcelona, less than an hour away by car, is bursting with charm. Well known for its architecture and art, millions of people flock to this city to revel in its delights, and it is easy to see why! You must visit for a day, or even two, wandering around the old streets of the Gothic centre, eating at the fish restaurants in La Boqueria market, ambling around Park Guell, and feasting your eyes on the stunning Gaudi architecture visible throughout the city. In particular, the Sagrada Familia cannot be missed!

Villa Armengol is always popular with families, with a spacious garden and a large terrace where kids can run and play. The villa offers the perfect holiday location for the whole family, within the villa itself and the surrounding area.

Inside the villa, the open-plan living area and glass doors to the terrace, make it easy to keep an eye on children as they explore both indoors and outdoors. At the same time, when adults and kids desire some separation, the villa offers a second cosy lounge downstairs, so children can watch a movie, whilst adults socialise in the main living room!

Inside, this villa is large enough to make all the kids feel like one of the grown-ups! With large beds for them to sink into at night, and large sofas that they will find so comfortable they’ll be able to snooze happily while you wind down and relax from exploring what the island has to offer. The bedroom with bunk beds is perfect for kids, with each evening feeling like a sleepover away from home!

Out on the terrace, adults can read a book on one of the sun loungers, or chat around the dining table, keeping an eye on kids splashing in the pool, whilst still getting to relax themselves. Please be aware; the pool is not fenced, so younger children will need to be supervised. With plenty of outdoor seating, al-fresco meals are a must, and why not get the kids involved in the cooking whilst using the barbecue?

Sitges itself is a fantastic family destination, with more than 300 days of sun a year! The wide, golden beaches are enough alone to keep any younger visitors happy and entertained, with several beaches scattered along the nearby coast. The sandy beaches closer to the town centre are the best suited for families, as along the promenade are fantastic facilities and children can cycle and roller skate to their heart's content!

The nearby Terramar Park is another popular spot for families, with playgrounds, trees and picnic areas for the whole family to enjoy, perfect for an afternoon away from the villa.

For a guaranteed day of fun, Tarragona is just 40km south from Stiges, boasting the huge Aqua León Water Park and Zoo, with slides and water attractions to keep you busy throughout the day! You can catch a bus directly from the Stiges tourist office, so you don’t even need a car!

Security deposit €1500 charged to client's credit card 30 days before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
