Villa Sansa is a stunning and luxurious property in Costa Adeje, south-west of the Tenerife. The villa is also located in the resort Island Village where you’ll find additional facilities such as the on-site supermarket or snack bar. Villa Sansa is a magnificent sight to behold from the exterior due to its size and modern appearance. This two-storey villa is bright thanks to its use of large windows that let the natural light flood through the property, allowing the space to feel even more open and grand.
The property uses white walls to bounce the natural light throughout, and the owners use the furniture and décor to add pops of colour inside the villa, brightening the rooms. The living space uses bright and comfortable furniture to make this space a location to be relaxed in with your guests and an ideal spot to enjoy a drink. The kitchen uses sleek white cabinets to enhance a modern and luxurious feeling and is equipped with all the necessary appliances leaving nothing left to be desired. The dining area is a formal and elegant space with minimal décor and a chic formal dining table.
There are three double bedrooms in the property, two on the first floor and a twin room on the ground floor. On the first floor, the two bedrooms have double beds and are equipped with an en-suite shower room and toilet. The room on the ground floor can either be used as two single beds or one double bed if required. Additionally, there is a double sofa bed, for small children,in the lounge and there is a separate shower room with a toilet for the ground floor bedrooms to share. The property can only sleep 6 adults not 8 adults.
This spectacular villa has a large exterior with a fantastic large swimming pool, which is perfect for families and group vacations as it offers you a luxurious and relaxing space. The private swimming pool has roman steps to enter it, as well as ladders to enter and exit the pool. The garden is equipped with outdoor lights, so for those who want to spend an evening by the pool can do so safely. Additionally, there are sun loungers, perfect for topping up your summer tan by the pool. The villa is opposite the Adeje water park, which can be seen from the swimming pool area and very central for all amenities.
What you should know…
- Although the villa has a private entrance, it is on a complex called Island Village, and on-site there is a supermarket, hairdresser/ beautician and a small snack bar
- Wi-Fi is available, but for a small charge
- There is a taxi rank at the entrance of Island Village, so if you would like to explore the island without the use of a hire car, you can access taxis
- Small children should be supervised on the stairs due to the free flowing design, see photo
- The villa's central location means that occasional noise from the nearby Siam Water Park can be heard outdoors

Thanks to its beautiful climate, natural surroundings and tourist development, you’ll find something to do here that everyone will love at any time throughout the year. Whether you want to see some beautiful beaches, visit a volcano, play golf, attend parks both water and safaris or even watch the whales in the sea! You can do it all here!
This complex is in the municipality of Adeje, located in the south-west of the island. There are plenty of attractions nearby that will give you plenty to do! Family fun is an easy accomplishment of this area: Aqualand is a spectacular water park nearby that is perfect for families. Similarly, you can travel to Siam Park, which offers rides for both children, families and adults! It even has the famous adrenaline-inducing Tower of Power which is a slide at the height of 28m and goes through a huge aquarium full of sharks!
If you’re interested in visiting some natural beauties, then you can visit The Teide national park which is home to the third highest volcano in the world standing at over 3,700 meters! There are local guides that will take you on an in-depth experience surrounding this volcano! Additionally, Adeje has some beautiful beaches that you can visit and spend the day at, perfect for those who are seeking a beach holiday. If you like shopping, there are a few large shopping centres nearby, so you’ll find great places to shop till you drop!

Best Suited For: All AgesTo kids, this villa may well feel like a mansion! It’s a two-storey property with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for kids to run around. Additionally, there is a large swimming pool available, with sun loungers and a grass garden around it – perfect for them to entertain themselves whilst spending time at the Villa. If the weather is less than optimal, then the property does have a satellite television as well as wi-fi, which is available with an additional cost.
Tenerife is a family friendly island with plenty of attractions for you to make family fun days out of. Parks such as Siam Park, a famous water park, bring families back time and time again! Additionally, there are beautiful beaches on the island that will grant you fun-filled days at the beach, perfect if you wanted a portion of the holiday to be a beach holiday.
