THE REGION

The charming fishing village of La Caleta is located just a stone's throw away from one of the busiest holiday areas on the island and a must-visit if you are staying in the south of Tenerife. People who are lucky enough to know about this gem tend to come here and enjoy the best seafood restaurants on the island or take a dip into the amazingly clear, turquoise-coloured waters.

There are no sandy beaches in La Caleta. The shoreline is rocky, but you can find plenty of stairs, making access to the sea easier. The clarity of the sparkling turquoise waters will invite you to take a dip.

La Caleta's traditional fiestas give travellers the opportunity to experience something authentically Spanish. Although many of these celebrations are essentially religious, they are yet another reason to party until the sun rises in Spain.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1500 paid via bank transfer to the owner at least 48 hours before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm - 10 pm.
Departure time 11 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking and Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Pool heating is included in the rental price. This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Not applicable.
Other Ts and Cs - Parties are not allowed at this villa.
- Bachelor parties are not permitted at this villa.
- A cot and a high chair are included in the rental price and available on request. Please request during the booking process.

The following extras are available on request and at an extra cost, paid to the owner before arrival:
- Extra set of towels (1 big, 1 small) €6 per guest per reservation.
- Inflatables €30 per reservation.
- Bathrobe €10 per reservation.
- Daily cleaning €148.50 per day.
- Case with 12 water bottles (still/sparkling) €7.50 per case.
Other 2 The property managers have their own experienced catering team and the use of any external caterers is not permitted. Please request at the time of booking.
