Tucked just outside the Palm Mar area of Tenerife and with fabulous mountain-views, Villa Stark is a dazzling, traditional property with an expansive garden and private pool!

Inside, your living area is magnificently open, with an enormous bay window area that throws tons of light through the whole space, dazzling on the wonderful white walls and lighting up this sublime lounge space with several sofas and chairs before the feature fireplace. These sparkling white surfaces continue through to your majestic kitchen, with marble counters and all the latest mod cons. Tuck into these delicious meals at your formal dining table, where traditional garden doors lead you immediately onto your lovely terrace. There’s a more casual dining space in the kitchen too, for snacking, breakfasts and keeping the chef company – and with direct garden access!

There are three wonderful bedrooms, each as spacious and welcoming as the shared living areas. The first, a double, is located on this ground floor and enjoys access to a lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor, one has a fabulous desk to one side, while the other enjoys a casual seating area – perfect for a little private relaxation. Both upstairs bedrooms have dazzling ensuite facilities, each with a large bathtub for a rejuvenating soak.

From the comfort of your enchanting garden, you can enjoy breath-taking views across the dramatic mountains inland! At the heart of the garden, you’ll find a dazzling pool, welcoming you into its refreshing depths. Beside it are several loungers, so you can sunbathe, dip, swim, repeat all day long and stay the perfect temperature! Palm trees and exotic, vibrant plants create a wonderful natural ambience, surrounding your luscious lawn on which the youngsters can play and frolic. On the veranda, you can enjoy comfortable, casual seating alongside alfresco dining.

THE REGION

Los Cristianos is situated west of the southern airport and is one of the most popular and busy resorts in the Canary Islands. The beaches are beautiful, and it has a harbour that offers fishing trips, pleasure cruises, outings on glass bottom boats, diving excursions and ferries to the neighbouring island of La Gomera.

The main beaches around the area are the Playa de Los Cristianos which is a nice sandy beach in a sheltered position next to the harbour. The Playa de las Vistas beach is in the next bay along and also has golden sand. Both have lots of facilities, including water sports and beach showers. There is also a black sand beach nearby in the Rincon area of Los Cristianos. This is quite a rocky beach.

This location truly offers something for everyone, with a choice of lounging on pristine beaches, getting involved in some of the world’s best water sports or even whale and dolphin watching. Bursting with interesting wildlife, the seas are full of bottle-nosed dolphins and pilot whales! In fact, four of Spain's seven major national nature reserves are located across the Canaries!

Often call the Land of Eternal Spring, these islands are famous for their incredible climate, with spectacular weather all year round, with temperatures rarely falling below 18C in the winter!

    Les plus: maison super agréable à vivre bien située par rapport aux différents lieux à visiter, bien équipés dans une bananeraie. Au calme.Les moins:Jardin pas tondu, problème d’eau chaude et d’évacuation des toilettes. Mais cela n’enlève rien à la qualité du séjour.Nous reviendrons !!!!

    La verdad que la localización está muy bien. Cerca de la autopista y a la misma vez alejado y no se escucha nada. El sitio perfecto para desconectar. Lo unico que la piscina es mas pequeña de lo que se aprecia en las fotos.Pero de resto está perfecto todo y la comunicación con la casera,perfecta. Volveremos
