Terms and Conditions of Entry

• Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry to the competition. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

A. HOW TO ENTER

• i. The competition runs from 3rd June until 31st August.
• ii. To enter the competition, post photographs/video content of your Oliver’s Travels villa holiday to Instagram, tag _oliverstravels_ and use the hashtag #OTSummerOf in the caption, along with the name of the villa you stayed at.
• iii. At the end of the competition, Oliver’s Travels will choose the winning post within 28 days of the closing date.

B. ELIGIBILITY

• The competition is open to residents in the UK, aged 25 years old or over, except employees of Oliver’s Travels, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.

COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The total prize package values £4,000 and comprises of £3,000 towards an Oliver's Travels villa and £1,000 towards flights.
   a)    The winner is responsible for booking their flights. Oliver's Travels will reimburse the winner up to £1,000 on receipt of invoice.
   b)    A villa stay at any of Oliver’s Travels villas up to a value of £3,000.
2. Please note that the prize winner will need to provide credit card details before the stay, which will be a pre-authorisation with no charge subject to a damage inspection on departure.
3. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be permitted.
4. Booking is subject to availability.  
5. Booking cannot be made in conjunction with any other offers or promotions, including Oliver’s Travels Holiday Credit.
6. The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations email from Oliver’s Travels and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.
7. The prize-winner’s stay must adhere to the individual villa terms and conditions found on the property page. The winner is responsible for covering any mandatory charges within the specific property terms.
8. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
9. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and their companions when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
10. Passports, Visas and City and ECO taxes are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner. Oliver’s Travels cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
11. Travel insurance is not included but it is strongly advised for travel. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining appropriate travel insurance for themselves and their companion.
12. The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country.  Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
13. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the villa is no longer available with Oliver’s Travels a replacement villa will be provided of equal or greater value.

16. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for the winner.
17. Bookings must be made through Oliver’s Travels.
18. All entries are agreeing to Oliver's Travels' right to reshare and repurpose the tagged content across their marketing channels.
