With breathtaking ocean views and an abundance of space, this five-bedroom holiday home brims with a serene elegance and understated grandeur. Ideal for families, groups of friends or multiple couples travelling together, Grand Villa Noi provides the perfect home away from home.
Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors fill the property with natural light and allow a gentle breeze to flow through the house. The villa sleeps 10 comfortably, and all five bedrooms are lavish and spacious hideaways with ensuite bathrooms, double beds and stunning sea views. Minimalist decor enhances the overall openness of the rooms, adding to the contemporary and calming vibe of the accommodation.
The modern kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances and opens out directly onto the pool terrace. Guests have their own private chef on hand to cook breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in-between The residence’s chef is skilled in the preparation of both Thai and Western cuisines. Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets and children’s menu).
The indoor dining area seats 8 and is perfect for a dinner party; floor-to-ceiling glass doors offer semi-alfresco dining options overlooking the infinity swimming pool. The generously-sized living room has a huge comfortable sofa and a high-tech flat-screen TV, perfect for watching late-night movies together. The air-conditioned family room features games, a pool table, mini library, kids area and wine fridge.
Grand Villa Noi has direct access to the soft sands of Natai Beach, an expansive stretch of beach with turquoise waters and a tranquil setting. Once you have splashed in the waves of the Andaman Sea, retreat back to Grand Villa Noi to enjoy the refreshing infinity swimming pool. Set amongst a verdant garden and surrounded by a timber pool deck, the infinity swimming pool provides an idyllic setting to bathe in the sun, take a dip in the pool or enjoy relaxing on one of the sun loungers under the shade of the trees.

About the surrounding area of Grand Villa NoiGrand Villa Noi is located on Natai Beach, a 10km-long stretch of pristine, unspoilt beach. A welcoming paradise, Natai Beach is tranquil and peaceful and features few facilities which really gives it a special feel of tropical isolation. The rural roads to Natai Beach are backed by verdant jungle scenes, coconut groves and a splattering of lagoons.
The small town surrounding Natai Beach, known as Pilai Village, features a public pier where most days it is easy to spot local fishermen reeling in the day’s catch as well as hop into a local longtail boat for some offshore exploration. The village is also home to one stand-alone beachfront restaurant which serves typical Thai dishes and fresh seafood.
The closest city to Natai Beach is called Khok Kloi, and it is approximately 10km from the beach. Although a smaller city, Khok Kloi features a variety of convenience stores, shops, souvenir stalls, cheap eateries as well as banks and ATMs.

The villa manager could assist with the hire of other equipment such as a baby cot or car seat from a local agency by request. While the Natai Beach area is a remote, tranquil location, there is still plenty to do in the area. The province of Phang Nga is famous for its outdoor activities and breathtaking nature, which features jaw-dropping landscapes and there are many other facilities and activities nearby.
Guests can explore the delights of the Andaman Sea aboard a luxury yacht charter, or on a scuba diving or snorkelling excursion. The beautiful sights of Phang Nga Bay, Raya islands, Similan Islands, Koh Phi Phi and more are all within an easy day’s sail. Phuket has a brilliant beach club scene: decadent brunches, DJ dance parties and romantic sunset dinners are all within a short distance of Grand Villa Noi.
The natural hot springs in Phang Nga are worth a visit, and The Hotspring Beach Resort and Spa is happy to accommodate day-trippers who are looking to relax on the spacious property.
