These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit Oliver’s Travels to charge 2000 AED to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full site inspection.

Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra 150 AED to be charged to Oliver’s Travels with final balance. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 2 nights.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. An additional charge may be required which is confirmed and payable locally.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Tax Dubai city tax is 10AED per bedroom occupied, per night. City tax is not included in the rental rate and is payable locally.
