Welcome to Villa Fairway, a spacious 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation retreat located in the exclusive Champions Gate Resort, just a short from Disney World. Designed for families and large groups, this west-facing home features a private pool and a game room with a pool table in the upstairs loft, offering plenty of entertainment for guests of all ages. The fully equipped kitchen includes seating for 8 at the dining table and 5 additional spots at the breakfast counter, making it ideal for group meals. A high chair is available (upon request) for those traveling with younger children, ensuring the home is family-friendly.
The villa is thoughtfully arranged to maximize comfort and convenience. On the first floor, two master suites feature king beds, one with an attached bathroom, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of adventures. The second floor offers six additional bedrooms, including three with king beds and two with twin and double bed combinations, making it perfect for accommodating larger groups. With its location in the gated Champions Gate Resort, guests can enjoy both privacy and access to premium community amenities, including pools, a golf course, and dining, making Villa Fairway an ideal home base for exploring Central Florida’s world-renowned attractions.
