Villa Auger is nestled within the tranquil Paradise Palms Resort, just a short drive from the enchanting world of Disney. As you arrive, you will find this delightful town home in a secure, gated community that offers peace and privacy while placing you within easy reach of all the excitement Central Florida has to offer.
Step through the front door and you will immediately feel at home. The interior of Villa Auger is designed with families in mind, offering a warm and inviting space to unwind after a day of adventures. The ground floor features a spacious, open-plan living area where you can relax on the comfy sofas and catch up on your favourite shows on the 50" Smart TV. Adjacent to the lounge is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and plenty of counter space. Whether you are whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a family dinner, you will find everything you need. There is a dining table for six and additional seating at the kitchen counter, making it easy to gather for meals.
The first floor also boasts a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed and its own 50" Smart TV – a perfect retreat for a good night’s rest.
Head up to the second floor, where you will find three more bedrooms. The queen bedroom features a 50" Roku TV, ideal for a bit of private downtime. Next door, the room with two double beds and a twin trundle bed is perfect for the kids or a group of friends, and it comes with a 43" Smart TV for added entertainment. Finally, the master suite offers a king-size bed and an attached bathroom, making it a superb choice for a bit of extra privacy and relaxation. This room also includes a 50" Smart TV, ensuring everyone has their own space to enjoy.
Outside, the villa continues to impress with its private south-facing splash pool – perfect for a refreshing dip on a sunny day. With no rear neighbours, you can enjoy the space and privacy of your poolside retreat. The covered patio area is ideal for alfresco dining or simply soaking up the Florida sunshine.

- Kids must be supervised around the pool area at all times for safety reasons.
- Each town home has its own numbered parking spaces. You may park on your unit's numbered spots or any other unnumbered spots.
