The highlight of the villa is the private south-facing pool and spa, perfectly positioned to catch the sun throughout the day. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample seating with a dining table for eight and an additional four barstools at the breakfast bar, offering plenty of room for family meals and gatherings.
The villa is thoughtfully designed with comfort and entertainment in mind. The first floor features a master king bedroom with a private bathroom and a 42-inch TV for ultimate convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find a second master king bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom and 42-inch TV, alongside a twin bedroom with a trundle bed, a queen bedroom, and another twin bedroom. The twin rooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom, making it ideal for families with children.
An additional family room upstairs offers extra lounging space, while the game room downstairs, complete with a pool table, ensures endless fun for all ages.
