Terms and Conditions of Entry
Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry to the competition. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
A. HOW TO ENTER
i. The competition runs from 3rd until 31st March 2025. Entrants must enter via the online form.
B. ELIGIBILITY
i. The competition is open to residents in the UK, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Oliver’s Travels, Tourism Authority of Thailand and Singapore Airlines, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.
C. THE PRIZE
i. The prize does not include travel insurance and excludes all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
ii. The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the accommodation is no longer available with Oliver’s Travels a replacement villa will be provided of equal or greater value.
iii. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

OLIVER’S TRAVELS ACCOMMODATION
3 Nights at Siam Suite, Bangkok
i. Win a 3 nights stay for 2 people at Siam Suite courtesy of Oliver’s Travels. Including daily breakfast for two at restaurant, personal butler service, shuttle boat between the hotel and Bangkok’s central Sathorn pier.

iii. The prize must be taken by 31st March 2026, dates are subject to availability and exclude the following periods: 11 – 15 Apr 2025, 18 – 22 Apr 2025, 01 - 10 Oct 2025, 24 Dec 2025 - 10 Jan 2026, 14 - 18 Feb 2026.
iv. Villa should be booked at least six weeks in advance of the preferred departure date. Lead guest will need to provide credit card details before the stay, which will be a pre-authorisation with no charge subject to a damage inspection on departure.
4 Nights at Villa Pimchan, Koh Samui
i. Win a 4 night self-catering stay for 2 people at Villa Pimchan courtesy of Oliver’s Travels.

iii. The prize must be taken by 31st March 2026, dates are subject to availability and exclude the following periods: 5th - 22nd April 2025, 25th - 30th May 2025, 1st - 8th October 2025, 19th December 2025 - 7th January 2026, 12 Feb - 22 Feb 2026.

SINGAPORE AIRLINES FLIGHTS
i. The prize includes 2 Economy Class return tickets flying with Singapore Airlines to Bangkok from the UK. Choose to depart from London Heathrow, London Gatwick or Manchester Airport to Singapore and seamlessly connect at award winning Changi Airport onwards to Bangkok.
ii. Your tickets are valid for travel until 31st March 2026, all travel must be completed by this date. Tickets must be booked and issued before 31st December 2025. No extensions permitted beyond this date. We would encourage early booking as availability may be limited.
iii. Please note that all Government taxes and charges are included.
iv. We will do all possible to meet your preferred travel dates although there may be some periods (e.g., Christmas) when demand precludes this, kindly be advised that due to our embargo periods these tickets are not valid for travel between 14th April -27th April 2025, 19th July 2025 – 6th August 205,12th December 2025 – 23rd December 2025 & 27th March – 31st March 2026.
v. The tickets are valid for travel in specified cabin only and may not be upgraded to any other cabin.

viii. To claim your prize please contact UK Sales Admin at: UK_SalesAdmin@singaporeair.com.sg with a copy of the prize winner letter, your requested flights, travel dates and full contact details including email, telephone and address.
INTERNAL RETURN FLIGHTS FROM BANGKOK TO KOH SAMUI
i. The prize includes flights up to the value of £400 in total.
ii. The flights must be booked by the prize winner and the invoice must be sent over to Oliver’s Travels via email in order to be reimbursed.
iii. Oliver’s Travel are not responsible for any flight cancellations or changes.
Singapore Airlines Full Terms and Conditions:
1. The prize provider is Singapore Airlines, Chiswick Park, Building 4, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5YE (“the Prize Provider”).
2. Flight is valid on Singapore Airlines (excludes partner airlines).
3. The prize does not include access to the lounge, priority security clearance or priority boarding.
4. Travel will be subject to the Prize Provider’s standard terms and conditions of carriage accessible: https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/global_footer/conditions-carriage/
5. The prize does not include any transport or accommodation. The Winner will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the airport.
6. The prize is offered subject to availability and blackout periods may apply, including but not limited to Christmas and New Year.
7. Travel insurance is not provided but is mandatory for travel.
8. Ensure that you have a valid passport, travel documents, visa and travel insurance prior to travel.
9. There is no cash alternative, and the prize is not transferable. The decision as to the Winner is final. No part of the prize can be booked separately.
10. Flights are subject to availability and flights may be changed or cancelled by the airline for administrative reasons without prior notice.
11. Once ticketed, flights cannot be changed, and the prize will be forfeited if not taken. The tickets cannot be transferred to any other party or parties.
12. Frequent flyer miles cannot be accrued or redeemed in connection with prize tickets.
13. No upgrades can be purchased in conjunction with the prize, nor can the destination be changed.
14. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Prize Provider, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Prize Provider, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
15. The Prize Provider reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize and without notice in the unlikely event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any similar event or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
